The Ugreen Revodok Max 213 is a docking station that is relatively compact, includes Thunderbolt 4, and can charge your devices.

Unboxing and Setup

The unboxing and setup experience for the Ugreen Revodok Max 213 is basic. In the box, you get the dock accessory, a Thunderbolt 4 cable for connecting it to your computer, and the included charger that is required to power it. Regarding the setup, it’s as simple as connecting the charger to the dock and plugging the charger into the wall, connecting the Thunderbolt 4 cable to the USB-C host port, and then connecting the cable to your laptop. After that, you should be all set.

Design: Featuring Aluminum and Versatility

As you would probably expect for the price, the Ugreen Revodok Max 213 has a premium design. It’s mainly made of aluminum and has a bit of weight to it. Despite featuring many ports, it doesn’t take up a lot of space on my desk. The Ugreen Revodok Max 213’s dimensions are 4 inches in width, 6 inches in height, and 2 inches in length.

I can fit it on my desk shelf next to my Mac Studio easily. Additionally, the dock doesn’t only have to be upright. It has feet on its left side to allow you to rest it horizontally. This can allow you to place it right under your monitor without obstructing your view, or you’re able to tuck it away on your desk, and it won’t scratch your table.

One thing to note about the dock is that it features a cooling system, according to Ugreen. The system is intended to help remove heat from the product when it is connected to multiple peripherals. In my usage, when I had my two desktop monitors connected to it and nothing else, it was slightly warm, but it wasn’t too hot to touch.

The Ugreen Revodok Max 213’s design is excellent all around. It uses a high-quality material, comes in a nice dark gray color, and is practical with the option of placing it on your desk in multiple orientations.
