It seems unlikely that motion capture will be used, but the book includes several chapters from the perspective of the octopus, named Marcellus, in which he shares his thoughts about the humans around him and his life in captivity. In turn, it’s possible that Pullman will provide the voice of his witty and observant internal monologue.
