In order to join a team or add others to yours, all you have to do isfinish the tutorial and introfor thisseason’s launch onThe First Descendant, and you are off to the races. You have to take a couple of steps to add your friends, but it should not take long or be very difficult to do so. Soon enough you should be able to join your friends on adventurous quests across the map.
First, you will need to have yourfriend’s game ID in hand, which is an in-game identity usually beginning with your gamer tag and then a four-digit number. Once you have that, open the in-game map and navigate to the right of the Social Tab. In the tab, you canadd your friend by typing in their game ID into the Player Search.
The in-game map can be opened using M for a PC/Steam, the View button on an Xbox controller, or the Touchpad on a PS controller.
You canmake them a friend in the game once you have added them, and after that, it will be even easier to add them to a game. They will be under the Friends section and you can send them an invite immediately, and they can choose to accept or not.

Some Xbox players have reported it not being turned on immediately despite that being the automatic setting, so if you find yourself unable to connect to someone on another platform, you canfix this by going to your console profile settings and enabling it.
This crossplay works because you join other games based on the game ID, not your platform ID, which isdone through Nexon, as is thein-game store that allows you to get more Caliber. This also allows you to save your progress across platforms, so long as you log into the same Nexon account on all of them.
