This intense and epic photoshoot features Wolverine, in his classic outfit, getting the upper hand on an out-of-control black-suited Spider-Man.
This scenario sees the Venom symbiote having corrupted Spider-Man. With no other choice, Wolverine tries to free his frenemy with his incredible strength and adamantium claws. The photoshoot features the heroes moving so fast that they leave afterimages of themselves and pays homage to someintense Spider-Man battles with Wolverine.

In the caption on the Instagram post, wens.1998 says this photoshoot was inspired by the2008 Spider-Man video game,Web of Shadows, where Spider-Man wearing the black suit is forced to battle allies like Wolverine and others. The style of the photo also takes inspiration fromMarvel vs Capcom.
Wens.1998 explains that this photoshoot has its own original story of how these two heroes start fighting.
