Silo’s World Will Continue To Expand

One of the strongest elements ofSiloseason 1 was its stellar world-building, from the social hierarchy and infrastructure of the silo Juliette resided in to gradually revealing the mysterious history of the larger world the series takes place in. While this aspect of the series was done well, it was limited to only one silo and the immediate area outside of it, and only during the present-day period. Part of what will makeSiloseason 2 potentially even more compelling is that it will extend beyond this location and timeline.

In the event of a failed cleaning, prepare for war.

Season 2 will see Juliette traversing the toxic wasteland beyond her silo as she discovers what else is out there. The story will also go back in time as it opens with a flashback of a failed rebellionled by a new character in a different silo at an undetermined point in the past. Much of season 1 will understandably be dealing with the fallout fromSiloseason 1’s endingwith established characters in the silo Juliette left behind, but it will be refreshing to also experience world-building that goes beyond this setting.

Silo Tease Confirms Season 2 Will Introduce A Major Book Character Linked To Juliette

A new tease for Apple TV+’s Silo has confirmed that season 2 will add a new character to its roster whose story will be intertwined with Juliette’s.

Season 1 also had to take its time to sufficiently set up and ease into its larger story. Despite being the protagonist, Juliette did not appear until the very end of the first episode, as the series first needed to introduce the world of the silo and the challenges faced by Sheriff Holston Becker (David Oyelowo) and his wife,Allison Becker (Rashida Jones).Siloseason 2 does not require the same amount of setupand can enter right into its primary story as the intrigue and high stakes continue to unfold.
