It’s been a month and still no refund it let 2 apps clandestinely take approximately 224.00 from my bank account and neither was given permission to do this. Google doesn’t respond or respect this app or its users

I have cancelled my badhoo dating app in February. I have than been charged £5. 99 every week up until today’s date . Why has this not been cancelled??? I want the whole lot refunding from February.
