I complaining about a driver in Cicero NY who blasts their rap music from truck, it’s very unprofessional, some of us sleep during the day.

All I can say is this: Please be kind to whomever becomes your customer service rep at Amazon! It’s not THEIR FAULT that something went wrong with your order. I speak from experience… I did several months as a customer rep for Amazon. I was one of the ones who you reached over the phone and actually spoke with. I have had many crappy jobs over the years… currently retired… and being a customer rep for Amazon was BY FAR the absolute worst job anyone could ever have. I would rather spend a year in solitary confinement with nothing but dry bread and lukewarm water to eat! You cannot imagine the horrible people I had to deal with! So, please be kind, and patient because I am sure they will try their best to help you!
