No one likes wasting time on tedious tasks like converting a JPG to PNG or removing an image’s background. Thankfully, Adobe Express’s Quick Actions, especially the ones below, are exactly what you need to get such tasks done in seconds.

You’ve likely had to remove an image’s background at some point. While you once needed to be a Photoshop expert, you’re able to now use plenty of tools toquickly remove the background from an image on your smartphoneor computer. Adobe Express’s Remove Background Quick Action is by far my favorite.
The Remove Background Quick Adobe Express is one of Adobe Express’s Premium features. However, Adobe has stated that the tool is free for a limited time, though they haven’t specified exactly how long. Once it becomes a paid feature again, you’ll need an Adobe Express Premium subscription.

4Generate QR code
If you’ve ever wanted to direct someone to a website, a Google form, or even your social media handle, using a QR code instead of having them type out a link is a great option to explore. With just a quick scan, they’re exactly where you need them to be.
Thankfully, there are manyonline tools that can help you create your own QR code quickly, including Adobe Express. Here’s how you can use it:

3File Type Conversion
Adobe Express also offers Quick Actions that lets you convert image and video file types in seconds. For images, you’re able to convert to JPG, PNG, or SVG, while videos can be converted to MP4 or GIF.
Additionally, Adobe Express offersConvert to PDFandConvert from PDFoptions. The former lets you convert a Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or image file to a PDF, while the latter allows you to convert a PDF into a Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Rich Text Format, JPG, or PNG file.
TheConvert to PDFandConvert from PDFQuick Actions are currently unavailable on Adobe Express Mobile.
To use any of these tools, tap theplus (+)icon, and switch to theQuick actionstab. You can either search for your desired option or scroll through the list.
On mobile or tablet, tapTap to upload an image/videoand choose fromPhoto Library,Take Photo, orChoose File. On web, you can drag and drop your file or browse for it on your computer. Once converted, clickDownloadto save it orOpen in editorto make further edits.
2PDF Quick Actions
The all-in-one editing tool has threeQuick Actionsin particular that have saved me hours of work.
One of the most useful tools isEdit PDF, powered by Adobe Acrobat. To use it, go toQuick actions, then selectDocument > Edit PDF. Upload your file and clickOpento start editing in Adobe Express’s editor.
Now, you can adjust text size, color, and alignment, or even edit and resize images. Need to add a new paragraph or insert an image? You can do that too! As someone who catches typos far too late, this tool has been a lifesaver.
Combine Files
If you ever need to merge multiple files, including PDFs, Microsoft Word documents, PowerPoints, Excel spreadsheets, or PNG/JPG images, into a single PDF, theCombine FilesQuick Action has you covered.
Just go toQuick actions > Document > Combine Files.
You can rotate files using the rotate icons or remove any you don’t need by clicking the delete icon. Once your files are in order, select them and hitDownloadto save your merged PDF.
Organize Pages
For reordering, deleting, rotating, or inserting pages into an existing PDF, I useOrganize pages. To use it, navigate toQuick actions > Organize Pages, and upload the file you want to organize. From there, you can drag pages to reorder them, rotate them, or delete them entirely. Need to add a new file? Just click theAdd a filebutton.
