Details on the collaboration are still scarce but Lucy will be added to the game as a part of its fourth season. A specific release date has yet to be announced but Arc System Works has confirmed that theGuilty Gearcommunity can expect to play as Lucy in 2025.

Aside from Lucy, who representsGuilty Gear Strive’s first guest character, Season 4 will also introduce a couple of other fighters that will be familiar to franchise veterans and a series newcomer to shake up the already massive roster.Perhaps the face most fans are excited to see return is Dizzy, a series staple who debuted all the way back inGuilty Gear Xwhich launched in 2000. Widely considered to beone of the core protagonists of the entire series, her wings, named Undine and Necro, do most of her fighting for her.

The other returning fighter is none other than Venom, a recurring character who sports one of the game’s most unique weapons: A pool cue. While footage of “The Phantom” was not included in the trailer, fans are hoping that his iconic Billiards-inspired combat style makes a return forStrive. As for when these characters join the game, Dizzy is slated to arrive in October 2024 while Venom is simply listed as early 2025.

As for the mysterious newcomer,Arc System Works has yet to reveal more insight into Unika beyond some simple imagesincluded in the trailer.
